The Winter Games Challenge is a fun, focused learning experience designed to help media sellers and leaders build momentum in just a few weeks. Running from February 9 through February 28, this three-week challenge invites participants to “train like a champion” by completing short, high-impact video playlists inside the Ten-Minute Trainer Network.
Each week features a new Olympic-inspired event with a professional development twist — from accelerating sales confidence in the Downhill Sprint, to strengthening leadership skills in the Leadership Relay, to taking bold digital leaps in the Big Air Finale.
Participants spend about one hour per week watching curated videos from top TMTN trainers, gaining practical insights they can apply immediately in their markets.
The goal is simple: build skills, stay consistent, and have fun while learning. Whether you are sharpening your sales approach, growing as a leader, or building digital confidence, the Winter Games Challenge helps you stay active and engaged during the winter months.
Complete all three weeks and you can proudly say you went for gold in your professional growth.
Participants complete 2–3 short videos per week.
They earn:
🥇 Gold Certificate = completed all weekly videos
🥈 Silver Certificate = partial completion
🥉 Bronze Certificate = at least one video watched
